Wire Wheel Acid Wash is a heavy duty, concentrated acid that is formulated to clean and brighten most aluminum, chrome and nonferrous metals, chemically cleans chrome wheels of rust, dirt and road grime.
• An extra heavy-duty, acid-based wheel cleaner and brightener
• Removes heavy dirt, grease, road film, brake dust and oxidation
• Use caution with softer metal
Directions: Dilute Acid Based Wheel Cleaner 5:1 with water for removal of oxidation, rust and salt corrosion. Dilute 10:1 for hard to remove brake dust and stubborn road grime. Spray the Acid Based Wheel Cleaner on aluminum and allow to dwell for a few seconds. Clean surface area from bottom to top to avoid streaking. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
DO NOT spray on glass or anodized surfaces. Contains Hydrofluoric Acid. Caution should be taken when in use.
